Summary of Benefits

Medical and Dental Benefits – Regular Full-time and Regular Full-time employees who are normally scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the TMG Employee Benefit program on the first of the month following 60 days. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Savings Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCSA), $10,000 of employer paid life insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Voluntary benefits include AFLAC and Short Term Disability.

401(k) – Employees that are Regular Full-time, Reduced Full-time or Part-Time (working at least 1000 hours per year) are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.  Employees can join on January 1st or July 1st after 12 months of service. TMG may contribute a discretionary amount into each participants account on an annual basis.

Educational Assistance –TMG recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization. TMG may provide up to $500 of educational assistance annually to all eligible employees who have completed twelve (12) months of service in an eligible employment classification. To maintain eligibility employees must remain on the active payroll and be performing their job satisfactorily through completion of each course.

Paid Leave

Vacation is a time for rest, relaxation, and the pursuit of special interests. Vacation Time hours will accrue in equal amounts for each pay period based on the employee’s length of service, as follows:

Unused vacation will carry forward to the next year up to a maximum of two times the annual accrual.

Sick Leave

Employees will accrue sick leave benefits at the rate of 5 days per year and is earned each pay period in which they receive pay. Sick leave benefits are calculated on the basis of a "benefit year," the 12-month period that begins when the employee starts employment. The maximum allowed balance of Sick Time is (1) workweek at any time. Once an employee reaches their maximum accrual, no further Sick Time will accrue.

Employees may trade up to 8 hours of sick time per month for a personal day of leave.

Birthday Holiday

After the employees' first (1 year) anniversary, they may take their birthday off with regular pay or another day off of their choice in the same month.


The Company provides seven (7) paid Holidays

  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas (December 25)

Jury Duty Leave

Regular Full-Time and Reduced Full-Time employees who have completed a minimum of twelve (12) months of service in an eligible classification may request one work day of paid jury duty leave over any two-year period.

Unpaid Leave –

Family and Medical Leave (FMLA and OFLA)

Company will act in accordance with the Oregon Family Leave Act (“OFLA”) and federal Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) regarding time off for family and medical leave of absence (“Family Leave”).

Bereavement Leave

Eligible employees may be granted a total of two weeks to allow the employee to attend the funeral and make any necessary arrangements associated with the death. Employees may use any available paid leave (to include vacation) for additional time off as necessary.

Military Leave

Leaves of absence without pay for military or reserve duty are granted to all regular employees in accordance with federal and state laws.

Crime Victim’s Leave

Employees who are the victim of a crime may be eligible for leave in order to assist in the prosecution and trial of the accused.

Domestic Violence Leave

Employees may be eligible for leave for seeking legal assistance, medical treatment, counseling, or to relocate if needed.

Personal Discretionary leave of Absence

An employee may be granted an unpaid personal discretionary leave of absence.

Time off other than Vacation, Sick or Personal Days

Non-exempt personnel may request time away from work for personal situations. The employee may be asked to make up the hours within the same week the time away was approved for.

Other Benefits

Apartment ValueSite employees often receive apartment value in addition to or in lieu of wages as part of or all of their compensation due to a requirement to live on-site.

Credit cards – Certain employees of the Company will be issued Company credit cards and used for legitimate business use.

Mileage reimbursement For those employees who travel occasionally for business purposes, they will be paid a mileage reimbursement based on current IRS standard for mileage reimbursement

Auto Allowance – For those who use their personal vehicle as a primary use to perform the essential functions of their job, this amount may be pre-determined in a flat dollar amount.

Cell Phone Allowance – For those employees who are required to maintain contact with clients, residents and employees, they may be paid a cell phone allowance.

Anniversaries – Employees are celebrated and appreciated when they reach work anniversaries. The schedule below shows the rewards provided.

  • 1 and 2 year work anniversaries: $50 gift card
  • 3 and 4 year work anniversaries: $75 gift card
  • 5 and 6 year anniversaries: $100 gift card
  • 7, 8, and 9 year anniversaries: $200 gift card
  • 10 year anniversary: gift of 1 week wage/salary
  • 11, 12, 13, 14 year anniversaries: $250 gift card
  • 15 year anniversary: gift of 1 week wage/salary
  • 16, 17, 18, 19 year anniversaries: $350 gift card
  • 20 year anniversary: gift of 1 week wage/salary
