This Position:

As a Residential Services Assistant working in our Single Family department, you will serve as the indispensable right-hand to one or more of our busy Single Family Property Managers. You will assist them in a wide variety of duties, ranging from facilitating necessary maintenance work to various inspections, and will be the primary point of contact for current and new residents. Utilizing excellent multitasking skills, you'll handle multiple projects at a time, adapt quickly to different situations, and provide outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and members of the community. Due to the unique nature of this position, previous Single Family property management is required.

You Are:

  • Customer Service-Oriented: You have a positive attitude, and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure our clients and customers are taken care of. You take pride in serving your clientele, and guarantee their needs are met.
  • Communication Pro: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You manage numerous calls and emails with ease and professionalism. You also have a sense of humor, and can interact with people of all walks of life. You collect crucial information and relay it to the property manager(s), ensuring that you are both informed and on the same page.
  • An Expert Multitasker: You are used to wearing many hats, and are comfortable switching gears when a new task unexpectedly arrives at your desk. You seamlessly juggle a wide variety of duties, have excellent time-management abilities, and complete each duty with precision.
  • Organized: As an administrative professional, you arrange your work in a way that keeps both you and your team organized. You're adept at using and learning numerous software and processes, and always know where to find the information you need to do your job and do it effectively.
  • Educated and Experienced: You have an Associate's Degree or a GED/high school diploma, and at least one year of related experience. As this position will support a large portfolio and hundreds of residents, previous property management experience is essential.

You Will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents living in properties assigned to the portfolio you support. In addition, you will perform verbal and written communication to owners and vendors as assigned by the property manager(s).
  • Maintains all property checklists and keeps proper owner and resident filings of all documents.
  • Upon initiation of upcoming account closure, manages all checklists, notifications, and documents.
  • Track current delinquency accounts and perform rent collection calls to tenants, and coordinate posting of collection notices and report subsequent progress to the property manager(s).
  • Complete 100 Day-Out Lease Renewal management paperwork, and any other paperwork as necessary.
